Quick Connect

Quick Connect lets you authorize MediaHarbour using another Jellyfin client where you are already signed in.

Steps

  1. In MediaHarbour, select Quick Connect.
  2. MediaHarbour displays a code and QR code.
  3. Open your Jellyfin server/client where you are already authenticated.
  4. Go to Settings → Quick Connect and approve the code shown on the TV.
  5. Return to MediaHarbour. It polls for approval and completes sign-in after Jellyfin authorizes the request.

Scanning the QR code does not bypass Jellyfin authorization. The Quick Connect code must still be approved by an authenticated Jellyfin user.

If Quick Connect fails, verify the server address and confirm the Apple TV can reach that Jellyfin server.
